About Us
Rhode Island Disposal was started back in 2001 by James "Jimmy" Haczynski and his wife Holly. From the ground up, RID expanded over the past 24 years providing customers with a full service demolition, excavation, and roll off container rentals. Growing to the point of acquiring 70+ dumpsters, 2 hook lifts and excavation machinery, as well as the many talents that Jimmy brought to the table, made Rhode Island Disposal synonymous with our "it's child's play" attitude. Unfortunately, Jimmy was taken from us far too soon in November of 2024. In the spring of 2025 came the new ownership of Rhode Island Disposal, but the core values of RID remaining the same- trust, honesty, and motivated work ethic.
